Perhaps you’re looking for a new Bentley and you want something more versatile than the Continental GT? Maybe a Mulsanne or the Flying Spur just sit a bit too low for your comfort?

In that case, the new Bentley SUV, the Bentayga, might just be right for you.

Spotted again winter testing near the Arctic Circle, we don’t see much of anything new. It has a Continental GT-inspired front end flowing into an SUV body.

I’m sure there’s someone out there who likes how it looks, but in the current state of camouflage I’m not really a fan.

There still are some pieces over the headlights that is giving the Bentayga a boxy appearance. In final trim, we’d expect those to be removed and have a more rounded front end, like the current Continental GT.

At the rear, we’re not really sure what’s going on. It looks like they’re using camouflage at just the right places to make the rear end look wider, and more square, than what the final production version will look like.

SUVs are the reason why Porsche remained profitable, and it makes sense for the British to follow the same route. While it’ll surely be an excellent grand tourer, we wait with baited breath to see what the Bentayga will look like when it’s shown off to the world.

How do you like the looks? Let us know in the forums!
