Godzilla in Green: Widebody GT-R in Verde Ithaca
The GT-R isn’t exactly an understated vehicle from the factory, but it would be a stretch to call it flashy. Not with this one though. This is the type of thing that makes people look twice.
The wheels are HRE’s 593 RS in satin black. The black makes them blend in, and honestly, they’re better for it. The Lamborghini Verde Ithaca paint is attention seeking enough. Lambo paint on a Nissan certainly sounds strange, but an outrageous paint job is appropriate when the car’s performance is bonkers to boot.
A normal GT-R makes somewhere around 550hp, which is plenty, but not enough to really make it special. JoTech tuning took care of that with their stage 5 upgrade kit, bringing the power up to a heady 942 hp. Revised turbos from HKS– or Greddy –are responsible for the added boost, while a rebuilt transmission is there to take the additional punishment.
