Make that four-mine is a month away from completion at Protosport in New Jersey, courtesy of John and Paul. A Proto 3.8L twin plug with K18/24 turbo's, they are making a special manifold intake that currently works off of the '97 993TT ECU to be OBDII-compatible to pass NY State emissions inspection. This will make 675-ish peak HP with 600+ peak lb-ft, but with quick revision thereafter to a '95 993NA ECU based on OBDI using a speed density system to get over 700 peak HP. It will have all the requisite mechanical mods. to the engine, clutch, chassis and sit on H&R clubsport shocks and springs to handle the uprated power and torque:
