Saw a Panemera today - Germany

I'm in Heimsheim Germany - about 5 miles from the Porsche test track in Weissach. I was coming back from a ride around the Black Forrest and spotted what looked like a Crossfire in front of me (there are alot of those here). When I caught up to it I noticed a small wing was deployed and realized it was not a Crossfire.

The rear hatch line is very large looking like it would be a useful compatrment. There were four seperate exaust ports. The color was a middle green. The four door handles protruded from the body (could only see them in sharp corners). The driver obviously knew I was looking at the vehicle - I was in my C4S. He took off and I had to work to keep up with him.

Impressions? The vehicle handles! Power must be in the 350HP range. The body showed no signs of body roll. Visability out the back seems to be very restricted with the hatch and small rear window (really looks like a Crossfire). It did have a prestigious look. Kind of like a streach DB9.

Sorry, no pictures

Just what I always wanted...a Crossfire.

The one that I saw was a middle green color but like the one in the video they have a strange ability to attract dirt to the rear of the car.

No - this car had no black-out or mock up wheels, I see those all the time. Mercedes keeps a storage pen for road test cars near by my house. This car had no hidden features, rear and side, but I did not see the front.

To be honest I have not studied the mules so I wouldn't know. I just knew there was a new Porsche coming out soon. I'll keep my camera closer for the next few weeks. I did see a fully blacked/camoed out CLS Merc this morning on the way to work - so close to the old body style I don't know why they covered it up.

Well, I've seen the Panamera(s) atleast a dozen times on the open in Stuttgart now.

Just today one was parked on Theodor-Heuss-Strasse.

Yes, but does it still have all those fake body panels? (doors, rear bumper, C-Pillars, Front)
