HKS on a M6. To each his own i guess, but thats kind of cheap imo. What about a nice german exhaust for the german car? Just a though. Car looks good though. Wheels need something more...maybe a high gloss and a red lip to pop.

 

The type of cars, and mods that are done to the cars on this board, I can see why very few people like this car.


Keep in mind, his exhaust isn't JDM. Thats completley ignorant, coming from someone that probably laughs at Japanese cars all day long- I'm assuming. He's running HKS, which is a Japanese brand. For it to be JDM, it must be a "Japan ONLY" product. Aka Toyota Chaser, Toyota Chaser, Honda Legend Max...etc. Why do people think that anything not European is trash? lol I love the way people think.



Dude- don't listen to anyone man. I personally wouldn't run that setup via the exhausts, thats just me. I can't afford an ///M6 either. As far as the wheels, if you want to keep your stock wheels- I don't see the problem with them painted (especially if your going to opt for other wheels) I would just clear coat the hell out of them, giving them a super glossy finish. Tinting the "clear" part of the taillight is also something I'm fond of. I do not like the entire tail 'SMOKED', just the clear parts lightly tinted.

Thanks, man! About enjoying the car, though... I'm actually letting my brother hold it for 3 months, in turn I'll be driving/ modding his ls460l. The M6 will be on the east coast so if you see it, it's indeed my brother. I've changed the roundels, though. All Roundels on the body are Carbon/ white, while the roundels on the wheels are carbon/ orange.

I did infact see the car in NY a couple of weeks ago. I remember the exhaust and california license plate. He was on the van wyck expressway south bound.
small world. There was so much traffic around that I couldn't catch up to see who was driving

gotta give you a lot of props for sticking with your own mind!! can't say i like that exhaust on M6, but i love everything else about the car. let the haters hate, after all they are only haters...

Almost 3 months ago I canceled the CL63. Not sure what I'll get now in place of that, yet, but I'm highly considering the S63. probably this december
