The RSA was a throw back to the 1973 911RS, a lighter version of the 911, handled better, quicker while the 964 Turbo, was using the same engine that came in a 930 from 78 on, a 3.3. It wasn't until then 94 3.6 Turbo that it went with a 964 based engine.
