Looks like you are having lots of fun already. BTW since you saved so much $$ on a well setup car I might add a slightly smaller 3 spoke wheel to the list.
I have a RIAD Daytona wheel in my C2 360 vs 385 mm and it places your hands better IMO than the factory 4 spoke. These sell on the forums used occasionally for $5-600 or about $750 new.
Otherwise I would say you are set to go. Best Luck with it.
