It's been my experience from selling other cars, that you don't get much from most mods. This is usually why you see sellers parting their cars out back to stock and then selling the mods separately. Certain mods, like wheels, seem to be worth more to buyers. I guess the biggest rule here is value is in the eye of the buyer.
On a side note, I'm selling my 2006 997 S with factory aerokit cup, but it's Guards Red. It does have every posible options that someone would want and the car looks great. It's also CPO so the warranty is good until 2012! Also, by coincidence, I'm located in Las Vegas as well! Let me know if you're interested.
