the new Gemballa CTT look freaking aweesome!!! I have never been a huge fan of the Cayenne until now....

I like the back and the side, but don't care for the front as much as the Techart.

well after trying to get ahold of Gemballa for over 1 month, NEVER a phone call back. Even when the cheapest item I am considering purchasing is over 2 grand.
Rediculous!!!
Unless I was to see something different from the company as a whole in the way the respond to customers, I would never use Gemballa, ever.
techart responded to me within the same day 2 at the most, with prices for everything.

If it was based off of customer service, techart all the way.
Gemballa must think they are too big to return everyone's phone call. And their stuff isn't cheap, I would make it a point to return everyone that calls inquiring about a product of mine....

oh well.

I did, but when I did he was out of town or something.
Then a week later somone tried to conect me with the US dist. which I haven't ever heard from. real shocker.....

any thoughts? give me marco's info again, I will try him again.

Heinz @ Gemballa NA isnt very reliable. Ive tried calling numerous times in the past week or so and he never answers.

That does look insane!!

I too have to agree with the comments about Gemballa. For us N.A customers Gemballa is horrible. I know they lost me as a customer from poor experience and I'm sure many many more. I guess they are profitable enough to not care about U.S customers.
