RichardCH is in Switzerland I believe... (hence the CH?) EU octane and USA octane is rated differently.
I get 100 octane at the pump here in CA.... (true, not many stations have those pumps)
Finally, you might want to read up on software and how it can affect the engine. Surely a burnt valve is
possible. In this case who knows...
