The chrome SLR cannot be driven during the day.
The owner had a hard time registering the car and when he was finally able to, they said he's only allowed to bring it out at night. lol
It doesn't belong to the ruler of Abu Dhabi, it just belongs to some rich guy who decided to do something different and got it foiled. That's why it can't be driven during the day of course. (the ruler wouldn't have any limits on when to drive his car in his own country
)
