I know this probably isn't the place to raise this issue, but thought I'd reach out to the 6speeder community for some insight.

I recently got a speeding ticket coming back from work (CT) around the Bronx area (I-95). He wrote me up for going 71 in a 50 which is basically 6 points plus approx. $500 in penalty fee.
I'm going to plead not guilty and try my luck in court (hopefully the P/O won't show). But from what I've read online, they say that TVB (the traffic courts for NYC) are different from any other state/district and it is rare that any of the cases get dismissed.
Just wondering if anyone had any experience with it. Or any advice/help.
I don't think I'm going to get a lawyer for this one.
