Okay, so i made a mistake - it was tested in Australia by a rally driver. But the fact remains that he is a professional driver and he had experience in the GT2 before. And the fact still remains that the GTR beat the GT2 by more than 2 secs on the same track, same day, same driver. What makes the caning more remarkable was the fact that the GT2 was a prep car provided by Porsche, and the GTR was a privately owned import. Must've been a ringer eh?
Oh by the way, wheels magazine in Australia has always had a soft spot for Porsches. Porsches have been winning their 'performance car of the year' tests nearly every single year. So don't go around saying that the Australian magazines are biased towards the GTR.

The test results speak for themselves.
The UK -> Evo, Autocar and Car magazine for reasons I've stated
Japan -> Best Motoring for reasons we all know
US-> C&D lying on trap speeds and inserting Tony swan at the lightning lap, R&T with Steve Millens garbage
You can pick your isolated rally test from Australia, but the fact is, in unbiased testing the GT-R has been getting romped. It's not on the same level, PERIOD. So hang your hat on that remote island test while everyone is watching Nissan get bashed for getting raped at the ring while also caught in another lie.
and oh yeah, go buy one before you talk, "I've driven one around the block" doesnt qualify you to talk.
