Hi Philippe and no worries about your English, you're doing just fine.
Some dealers are more picky than others and it we've actually sold this bypass to a few dealerships who have installed them on customer cars. Generally the dealerships don't mind exhaust changes if they don't effect the headers or catalytic converters/emissions system (this muffler is after the cats). It'd be hard to correlate this to a failure which would void your warranty, but I'm honestly not sure how Porsche handles this in France.

i think the new PSE is the change of the two secondary muffer and is possible to work with an exotic primary X pipe?

We haven't installed it on a PSE yet, but as long as the center muffler is the same style it should work. I would wait for more information if I was in your situation.

and the last question:the original primary muffler :inside is cross flow totaly separated flow or inside the gaz if each bank is mixed?

On the original non-PSE, the center muffler has separate flow. The two sides enter, then do a U-bend and end up exiting the same side, but never mix in the middle.
