Ive owned both. The S2K is the best value and great drivers car. Best transmission out there and still the one I use for comparison purposes.
The Baxter transmission is almost as good and would be second in line of all the cars I have driven.
Transmission aside, the two are quite different. I have an 08 RS60 and it is at least twice the car of the S2K.. If dollars though are of concern, the S2K is the way to go.
