OK I found the number. There is a 3% difference between a STD Smoothing 3 to a SAE Smoothing 5.
This test was done on the same dyno with the same vehicle running different types of correction factors.
SAE 5 4th Gear 85.29 WHP
STD 3 4th Gear 87.60 WHP
