Ours are Polyurethane. Are made in the USA and the quality and fit is guaranteed. We obviously do not have the cheap overhead Taiwan has and if a customer has a problem, you don't require any international shipping. All our parts are jigged and fitted on an OEM bumper. Attached are some pics of our production peices. We even bend the peice to show the indestructability and the fit by immediately placing them on a the OEM front bumper. I don't know if they guarantee their parts like we do. I don't know of any Pcar owner whom as had a decent experience with Asian parts. Nonetheless, we are local and back up our parts with no questions asked. We will have all the high end companies with their strict warranties distributing them.
