First of all, the 996's were GEN I PCCB's and there are a lot of problems with these that were resolved on the 997's. Second, I don't think that the Rotors and Hangers have the offset, therefore they won't fit properly.

Personally I would keep your OEM brakes, they are awesome and if you need more braking capacity at the track try a set of Pagid Yellow's
