I had a very unpleasant correspondence with one of their Internet Sales Manager named Jun. They have a huge inventory of '09s left on their lot. I am interested in an '09 C4S so I try to negotiate a deal with them. The guy basically told me that all they can only offer is 8% off MSRP, either take that or walk. I was not being very forceful and remained polite during the email exchange, but tried to negotiate for a bigger discount. It seems like he had a short fuse and started to ridicule me after a few emails. It was by far the worst experience I have had with sales in many years.

Not matter what you sell, a Porsche or a Mazda, you are still a car sales person in the service industry. This guy seems to lack the basic common courtesy and the fact that "customer is always right".
