Also, I can vouch for this car. Marco took extreme and I meant extreme care of this car! Often times I would come over and see him polishing the brake calipers and clean the inner wheel wells. Never have I seen someone so **** about their car. I promise whoever buy this car won't be disappointed!
John, Thank you for the nice words. Its great to see you enjoying the new Lambo. Your cars are top self. Hope to see ya soon. Marco

Agreed. I look to see what is out there. Once I get back in the US and most likely sell my Porsche, I will be looking for something new as well. There are too many haters and "here I am's" on this site. Either way, GLWS. Nice ride man.

Are you ****ing kidding me?? I started out asking about the mods and the price. (what normal people interested in a car do btw) Then you asked me if I already had one and how much I paid and told ME to tell YOU so YOU could tell ME if I got a good deal or not. (which I did) Then another poster jumps to an incorrect conclusion and I simply make a statement in reference to it. What the **** do you mean, why do I keep posting in your thread? Because I LOVE my wifes S3R and having one as a daily has been my goal for the last few months. THAT'S why I kept posting. Keep your 109,000 mi car. $28k is NEVER going to happen, plus with the "extra" track mods they are probably not easy miles. Next time you jump on someone and ask why they keep posting on your threads maybe you should look back and see what they actually posted. *******.

Sorry for the bru-haha. I spend more time on an offroad board that has similiar rules, so folks usually get a poke in the ribs for posting stuff without a price.

It's a great car, you have. I had an E36 with everything that Steve Dinan made for it, along with AC Schniter stuff, macintosh sound, yada yada. I had to sell it in 2002 to a nice gentleman in on the peninsula who gutted it and 6 weeks later won National Champ Solo Mod II in Topeka. Won the next two years too. It was a sad day selling that car because I lost my *** on it, but to have a stay at home mom it was worth it. I have been trying to make a turbo subaru into that M3 ever since (and failing). I would love to have a car like that again soon and it's between that and a 997.

Sorry to crap on your thread.

SeanP

Not to make things worse but i've been posting on the same boards as tripleblk for sometime now and I think you totally misinterpreted his posts. You made assumptions and came roaring out of the gates on the defensive. There are plenty of haters in the For Sale Section but i think you've incorrectly identified one here.

Good luck with your sale. I miss my Dinan M each and every day. Yours is very well put together.

I hope you get another M3 or a 997 soon. Thanks for your follow up post. I also had the E36 Dinan S/C car and was sorry to see it go as well. It was my bad for not posting a price.

What is an S3-R? I have a Dinan Stage 3-335i. The car looks great but lots of miles for a German car. You went to town with the Dinan equipment man. I like mine so far. I was looking for an older M3.

The 335i is a different animal all togeather. Lots of high oil temp problems. Dinan did make the car much better with bigger oil cooler ect. As for the my M3 many parts have been removed and replaced. As long as you spend money on up keep and maintence you have no problem getting 200k out of a M3 before rebuild. Just google Dinan BMW M3 S3-R many magazine cover the build. Road and Track, Car and Driver, Bimmer Mag, ect. This car got lots of good press.

You have got to be kidding me. I drive my car in Las Vegas in 110 ambient temps and track it with absolutely no oil temp problems. The first year BMW had some issues because they didn't put a oil cooler in every car. Now a cooler comes standard. Plus, as you said you can upgrade it to be even cooler.

Please don't make blank statements when you don't know the facts. If you said, "Lots of fuel pump problems" I would have agreed. Very few cars have high oil temps these days even with tunes. I track my car and drive it in hot weather with a 14 psi tune and have very few temps above 245 F.
