Think about it, you don't even have to be at fault, the other guy could lose control and kill himself, his passenger (look what happened to ben and he was at a sanctioned event), participant or spectator. You could have done nothing to contribute other than participating. Do you really want the liability for someone else's stupid mistake? A mistake that you cannot control!
