Vivid Racing Stage 2 Kit --- is car tought enough?

Looking for some additional Hp and seems that "Vivid Racing Stage 2 Kit" 120HP is OK for start.

BUT, after installing this kit, what items additionally I should expect to replace?
I mean what stock items starts to broke, I heard that MAF sensor will broke?
I have 100% stock 996TT with 73k km right now...

And is this kit OK with Tiptronic?

Thanks in advance...

You should have no problem at all, Its a very easy kit on the motor and will not harm anything. As long as you do your routine Maintenance you will be fine. I suggest you change your plugs when you do the kit and have your Coils checked and changed if needed, This way your getting the best out of the kit right from the start.

You're just scratching the surface of what your car can do. Transmission will be your limitation

Do a search for member "vividracingtx". That is where you want to be.

Now I am interested, how much is OK for that engine, +150hp or +200hp?

Actually I am looking for tuning which is very reliable too --- I visit trackdays and so far my car has not broken on track yet, so the big questions is: How much I can "tune" to keep it that way?
On track I dont want to be mehanic --- I like to drive

The engine is good for at least 300 crank hp above stock with good reliability and drivability. Some are pushing considerably higher than that on a stock block. Your mods are barely waking that engine up.

You will have NO issues with breaking driveline parts, blowing MAF, or reducing drivability. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Strong kit and a great performer. I would stay at or below 600HP (crank).

Thanks guys!

PS. Does somebody knows why they don't do 520hp in factory already? Or 600hp?

996TT has 420HP to the crank or 340 to awd. The ECU, exhaust, etc is limited for emissions and driveability by government standards.

if you build something that will take 800 horsepower and turn it down to 500 it will last much longer

Dont forget....You will speed up the wear on the clutch. It wont hold another 120-200 hp for very long....

Stage 996TT will work fine on the stock Clutch as long as he is not a abusive driver. We have some customers that have no issues at all. From the sound of it, he is a road racer so it should be fine. Revving to 5000rpm and dumping the clutch, good night!

True. I'm guilty of that driving style at times! Sometimes you just gotta show a Vette what's what
