550 Spyder Replica

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. It's the closest one available.

Does anyone have experience with these? Are they worth having one for a weekend car?

Growing up the car magazines said how amazing Porsches are. Was I brainwashed? Somehow...I doubt it.

http://www.automotivelegends.com/

On an episode of Rides 4 on discover they showed the Automotive Legends process, they showed Jay Leno Driving one. Very Nice cars.
You can check out all the options at their website.
I would buy one if I could.

I see them all the time on ebay, is this the type of thing that needs a lot of research? they all look pristine.

Most are ok the Beck being the lowest range from tube frame cars followed by vintage then automotive legends then thunder ranch. YOU are better off buying a complete car then spec'ing one especially avoiding vintage if you do this. They require SB100 registration here in california and if anybody tells you otherwise run.

I understood that Beck was the best. Is this incorrect?
