Estimating value of a 1974 911 Targa

I have a 1974 Porsche with a Targa top that I am interested in selling this coming year and was wondering if this is a good forum to get ideas as to what selling price point to start with. I included one picture of the car taken this fall. I can provide additional pictures.

Basic description is as follows:
1974 Porsche 911 Targa (Pearl White) - Car was originally light blue
4spd Sportomatic transmission
3.0L SC motor (Original motor was the 2.7L but now has the 3.0L)
Fenders have been flared (Looks like the 911 Turbo. Fenders are metal)
Interior and exterior are in good condition (No tears or dents)
Motor runs well (starts easy and runs smooth)
Transmission had syncro's replaced and shifts into all gears
Car is 100% driveable
Wheels have 911 Turbo rims

Thanks in advance for any inputs!

-Jay

Unfortunately there is a lot that holds back the value on your car. It's not an original color, body, or engine and it's a Targa and it's a sporto. That being said it is probably one of the least valuable air cooled 911's out there. I'm not trying to be harsh but these are the facts. On the plus side of things, the car looks to be in good condition and the 3.0L engine is better than the engine that came in the car from the factory. I may be way off base but I'd say this car is worth under $20k. Anyone else want to chime in and tell me I'm idiot, feel free because I feel bad for saying any air cooled Porsche in good shape is worth under $20k.
