Actually, they are all 911s. The number 993 is Porsche's internal classification, or body type. On the board for instance, we are well aware of all the different Porsche's; we know the different body types and the differences between all the years of the 911 model. Most people don't know what 930, 964, 993, 996, 997 are. People who don't know anything about Porsches, know them by 911, because that's the model name.
