No, not unless the color registry on the photo is way off. I'm guessing Riviera Blue, but I don't know all of the variants. Mexico Blue is non-metallic and darker than that.

Cool. You know my fist Porsche that I really fell in love with as a kid was a 930 Turbo in Minerva Blue. What a fricking nice car that was. Think it was in that old mag VW & Porsche or something like that.

The early 70's equivalent color is Porsche Gulf blue. Not to be confused with the Gulf blue of the Wyer-sponsored Gulf racing cars. That early color is closest to Porsche Polar blue, which I painted my car with. Traditional Porsche Gulf is a lot more turqoise, like the mentioned 996 in this thread.
No matter what is "accurate", whatever shade gets you excited is the way to go!
