No, not unless the color registry on the photo is way off. I'm guessing Riviera Blue, but I don't know all of the variants. Mexico Blue is non-metallic and darker than that.

Cool. You know my fist Porsche that I really fell in love with as a kid was a 930 Turbo in Minerva Blue. What a fricking nice car that was. Think it was in that old mag VW & Porsche or something like that.

The early 70's equivalent color is Porsche Gulf blue. Not to be confused with the Gulf blue of the Wyer-sponsored Gulf racing cars. That early color is closest to Porsche Polar blue, which I painted my car with. Traditional Porsche Gulf is a lot more turqoise, like the mentioned 996 in this thread.

No matter what is "accurate", whatever shade gets you excited is the way to go!

That is Correct color.(Mexico) Porsche calls it Riviera blue now.I guess it's politicly risky to say "Mexico" now. Color code is L-39E I believe.

Smile Mexico blue/Riviera blue

I've ordered a 2010 GT3 in Riviera Blue. code-L-39E. Porsche
tells us that Mexico is same formula.Hope that helps.
