Where to get a factory shift lever for an 87' S4

My old man's ailing 87' S4 needs a shift lever.

There are weird aftermarket options available, but does anyone know where I can get one in the original leather interior color?

BTW, the S4 is an automatic - 75% of them were

Its an auto.
