Grinding Gears until it warms up

Just replaced the clutch in ou new 928 affectionally named the Uboat. When starting and before it warms up the gears grind. However after 5 minutes of warm up the gears shift good. Anyone else have this problem.

Did you make sure there is enough gear-oil in the transmission? If all that changed was the clutch, I would wonder if it is not fully engaging/disengaging and so you are basically clutchless shifting the gears.
