FYI --- That is NOT a Rauh Welt Begriff (RWB) car in that video. Even the video description says it's a Porsche 911 964 Turbo in Hong Kong. No where does it mention anything about RWB. There is I believe only one Hong Kong RWB car and it's Tiffany Blue. The red RWB car pictured above is the one that was built in Russia.

When you watch the video at the end when the driver gets out you can clearly see that it is in fact a normal 964 Turbo.
