Spoiler stopped working
Took the car out for a ride tonight. When I got back home I notice the spoiler system, both front and rear, would not engage. I turned the car off and restarted it, still no effect. Would not engage even with Sport Plus. Any suggestions.

Try engaging it while driving. See if that makes a difference. I notice sometimes that if I try to retract the spoilers when I am going slow by turning off sport plus, it won't automatically do it. But if I turn off sport plus while driving, the spoilers automatically retract. Maybe there is some speed sensor involved that is affecting your ability to deploy them while stopped. I assume that you tried to manually extend them (as opposed to just pushing sport plus) and that still did not get them to extend?

Read my thread in the 991tts forum. Very similar issues plus no feedback on center console buttons; like PDK-s, exhaust, suspension, etc....
Take it in. It's gonna get worse and be prepared to wait---most likely.

Oh, that doesn't sound good.

Got it to work. Went under the front and prayed the spoiler to loosen it and the same with rear. Something must have loosen up.

You physically had to loosen up the spoilers?

Does it now work automatically when you hit deployment speeds?
I was getting this message when mine was messed up:

I got underneath the car and snapped the front spoiler a few times, then it started working. Seems to be working fine using the manual button. I'll try Sport Plus later today.

Active aerodynamics
Just like Porsche states "active aerodynamics" you have to be active to get them working!
I've had two 997 turbos, one 997.1 & 997.2
Both cars spoilers deployed at ~ 75mph & retracted when you slow down.
I haven't seen my spoiler deploy on it's own at various high speeds on track etc. The only time it works is when I get "active" & push the damn button.
Isn't it supposed to activate at higher speeds like ~ 75mph? Guess I'll have to get "active" & read the manual since it's not working like the 997's did.
