GIAC tune stage2 991 run 10.46 qtr mi.
I went and ran at the drag strip with my 2014 911 Turbo S stage 2 with Tubi race exhaust . Using race start with traction control on. 100octane!
Ran 10.46 @about 136mph.
Trap speed is wrong on slip. The right lane was running 4to6 mph slow.

Yeah, that is nice. I am going to try to put down a run like that on a better spot. We don't have any local drag strips so I have to drive a long way to run my car at a strip. Thus, I would rather just drive out to the country for testing.

WRS, I remember you stopping at a family members in Plano when you picked the car up. Next time you are up in DFW the Drag strip in Ennis does fast fridays. If around i'd be down for heading out there.
May be closed until the spring though.

Nice run but your 1/4 mile trap speed was not 4-6mph slow. It would be rather strange for a 991 Turbo S to trap 105 in the 1/8 and 136 in the 1/4 unless right after the 1/8 mile you enabled a large nitrous shot. The GIAC/Champion 997.2 Stage 2 (same 3.8L DI motor as the 991) that did the 9.83 1/4 mile run trapped 110 in the 1/8 and 135.1 in the 1/4.

Explain this then, GTR and ran, I broke, we both slipped, he jump out in front but I stayed with him 1 car length behind the whole way. Our trap was 6 mph different.
He told me the right trap speed at PBIR reads 4 to 6 slower then the left.
The guy run there a lot.
There is a private drag event coming in Jan.18, all day, only 75 street car allowed.
I will get some good data then.

I hate to ask since 1.625 is technically a fast 60 foot, but were you getting some wheel spin? Might be time for stickier tires as that car can cut faster 60 foot times.
Density Altitude for your run was ~1291 feet. Wow.

Also, did you dyno car? What type of dyno?
How many runs did you did in the strip? How was the results?
I bet your car is fast w that combo but in this period of "R&D" of combos and tunes the customers (Members) will like to know the real facts with a third party like you are doing
