991.2 Turbo-S Eye Candy
Could this be the first modded 991.2 Turbo-S? Last Friday morning (April 15th) we finally took delivery of our 2017 991 Turbo-S. By the end of the day, it was already sitting pretty on a set of H&R Sport Springs, our 21" forged monoblock RG5 center-lock wheels, and a full Tubi Race exhaust (cat-less). Next up, our Champion 4.5" intercoolers, carbon Y-pipe, and our CMS/GIAC Stage 2+ software. And more coming real soon. We can't wait to turn the dial up on this one!
I have to say, I wasn't excited about the .2 at first...but the more I look at this car, the more I notice the subtle changes, and the more I think it's a total stunner!! The new front end look, the tail lights....perfectly updated to a look that makes the car more modern and set it apart from the previous generation.
Enjoy and feel free to share your thoughts.

I personally don't have a lot of seat time in it yet (), but once I drive it a bit, I'll definitely report back.

Both questions I can't answer yet. We had the car up on the lift, took it all apart to asses a few different key areas of upgrades and compatibility. Exhaust and intercoolers should be able to swap right over. Y-Pipe has changed a little bit. Looked at turbos, looked at intercoolers, etc etc. Gotta keep some info close to the hip for the time being.

Same here, not a big poster either. Love these rims the best too and hope to get a set in 20's when I get my 991.2 TTS Cabrio. Taking European Delivery late July and hope to get it in Canada by Sept.

I like that they are deep dish, but Tom please make these in a 20 for the widebody! They look like the RUF style wheel.

It is actually odd to see a deep dish wheel on a newer car with all the concave hype, man it looks stunning!
To think I almost pulled the trigger on a used set in the for sale section and second guess as it was not a "newer" concave look and it was gone!! Then I saw it on a car like mine (997T midnight blue, lowered) with it not mounted yet, but the owner just the rear rim lifted with his feet and a picture taken to see how it would look .....I was like snap that is really good looking and seams to fir the car. Now seeing these wheels on this 991 , wow it looks good and I made a mistake not pulling the trigger on these wheels!
