Finally brought her home...
About 9 months in the making from deciding to wait for the 991 to ordering to delivery... Haven't had a chance to take her out for a longer drive yet, but I'm hopeful for the weekend. So far, though, I am really impressed with the "dual personality" others have mentioned as well. This car can sneak up to unsuspecting pedestrians at 20 mph in 5th or 6th gear and at the same time make your neighbors hate you.

Can't wait for the break-in period to complete. So far I haven't touched the Sport Plus button yet...

PSE is *fantastic* and I haven't even hit the 5000's yet...

Color is Platinum Silver, which changes every day, from full-on silver to silvery gold in warm sunlight (see pictures below, taken with iPhone on the same day). Huge variance in tone!

that last picture is amazing. i really like the platinum more than the other silvers of late - that goldish hue really works imo.

the classic wheels look great on all colours & easy to clean.

The Platinum silver is now my new favourite colour after black. Very nice.
