Aerokit Cup now available on 2013 model

i would like to see the following color combo, just out of interest:

a racing yellow 991 Carrera S with black Carrera S 20" wheels and the aerokit cup, with the upper wing painted in black and the rest of the kit (incl. the ducktail) in body color.

 

Does the wing on the Aero cup move up at speed?

 

It is available on the Porscheusa.com configurator. Not sure if it moves up or down, I would guess not based on 997 style. It is a money maker for porsche.

 

 

I ordered it b/c it really makes the 991 look like a race car....

 

With the different color wing, it looks better.

 

thx! certainly makes a difference cause now the ducktail stands on its own, visually. yellow, red, green would be better, cause it´s more of a GT3 type color but that´s a nice start.
now those wheels in black (to match the rear wing) and we`ll see.

 

Is that rear spoiler the same as the one in the Aerokit cup? Also can it be purchased separately?

I passed on the aerokit . With the NA 997 I just feel that if one really wanted a race 911 it's time to get either a Gt3 or a Turbo . I do have an aerokit on my Turbo but prefer the 911 S cars more understated rather than trying to make the car something it can never be ( a gt3) .
