DIY - 2014 991 Front Bumper Cover Removal

Now simply just start pulling the bumper assembly from the body... You pull straight away from the front of the car, and it does slide easily. I was surprised at how easy this was! No worries- it won't just fall to the ground or anything. To be safe I put a piece of carpet underneath.


And BOOM! You have your bumper removed!!!

I put it down gently on a piece of carpet. Some of you may want to "tape" and all that stuff. I was just careful. Also -- this is not a two-man job by any means. It is super-light and easy to hold steady from the center.
