Has anyone had to return with these guys? Ordered a trunk liner for C4S, did not realize I had to differentiate S vs 4S because I was shopping under equipment section for 4S. Now it looks as though I'm stuck with a 25% re-stocking fee? Not the money mind you, glad to pay the shipping to return, but restocking fee seems ridiculous.

 

A lot of places charge a restocking fee, but 25% if quite high. I would think if you call them and explain the situation, they will waive the restocking fee, or at least I would hope so.

I did an exchange (ordered silver instead of black lug nuts) and they swapped them without any fee.

 

If they dont waive that 25% restock fee, switch to Sunset.
I doubt they would do that to you.

 

My dealer carries, or can order just about everything Suncoast has. They will even negotiate price on pretty much all items, and I don't have to pay ridiculous shipping rates. Not sure if it is because I am in a smaller town, but they are great to me and I prefer keeping my business local, as long as I am getting a good deal.

Maybe it's because I'm in Canada, and maybe they have a minimum flat fee for shipping (I don't know) but I love that ordering 4 plastic vale stem caps will cost nearly $90!!! It's always fun when the shipping costs more than the product.

 

I would not stand for this. This is outrageous. Thanks for posting this so we are all aware.

 

Well I am happy to report, I emailed Suncoast and heard back. They are going to do an exchange without a re-stock fee and even cover the shipping to send the new replacement part to me. I just have to cover the return shipping (not a problem as far as I am concerned).
