CAR Magazine reports all 911s to be turbo. 530hp and 520 lb ft for the C2S!

Doubt it is accurate, but will be following the news closely. Makes me wonder how the turbos will be evolving.

With all the competition bumping up theirs, they're looking to make some big leaps.

There's so much big news coming from the other guys, Porsche needs something this big to kick *** in the future. It looks like they're gearing up for a fight!

In these prices ranges, people are expecting more HP more than ever.

The future turbo versions would be dangerous monsters. Of course, I will have to have one.
Maybe, also, if the HP in the base and S goes up substantially there will be more appearance differences in the lineup.

With such huge HP increases on the 991.2, I'm afraid to see what the pre owned market will look like for the 991's.

About time they bump their HP ratings. With cars like the GTR and the new Z06, they are looking at some stiff competition. Although I drove a GTR before I bought the C2S and the GTR rode very hard. I guess you could throw the Jag F type in there also.

And let's hope that the 991.2 "new" turbo will bolt onto the older 3.8 liter motors.....yeah

You guys really think the "S" will get a 130 hp power increase and a 195 lb torque increase ??

It's not going to happen !! No way Jose.

And the article states this is for 2015 !!!

The car world is moving at a quick pace now mimicking the electronic gadgets. Unfortunately, this means greater depreciation for existing owners.

Porsche pretty much needs to do this to stay at the forefront and keep/gain market share in this segment.

The mid cycle facelift has been rumored to be mid next year for some time.

For the Panamera mid cycle refresh they also went turbo charged.

Don't doubt that all this is pretty accurate. I'm just questioning the 130HP increase. That's huge. They need something big like this though.

The leaked facelift pics are all over.

That would make it 10HP and 33 ft lbs torque more powerful than the current 991 Turbo which will be unchanged for a couple of years after the 991.2 comes out. That's not a mid cycle facelift

That's just not going to happen !!

Don't believe everything you read.
