I was told that everything is operating as designed.. I was reving the car a little on the video, the noise goes away and then comes back aftter revving the engine

Also, has this sound just started? Sounds normal to me if you have the valves "open". I have a '14 C4S non-PSE and the solenoid that controlled the flaps stopped functioning, and my car sounded like a truck when idling or lower speeds. Maybe your bypass flaps are not closing. Common problem. Oh, and another thing that might cause this: Check the vacuum hose to the exhaust flaps - I also had one pop loose which had the same effect -- the flaps stayed open.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

What exhaust do you have?

as other members saying that car rnuns normal, in second 49, 1:10 , 1:10, 1:17 , 1:55 , 2:06 2:27 2:41
you can hear like metal or something .. thats after I rev the engine and of course the tiking noise is normal

thank you Jawells, I need to first check the location of those parts lol.. but I'll definitely do that .. as other members saying that car rnuns normal, in second 49, 1:10 , 1:10, 1:17 , 1:55 , 2:06 2:27 2:41 you can hear like metal or something .. thats after I rev the engine and of course the tiking noise is normal

My car sounds the exact way upon start up. I know that noise you described. More like a metal grinding sound. When first getting the car, I was questioning it too. When it warms up it sounds alot smoother. I was going to try and meet up with as friend that has the same car to compare sometime. I think it's how they all sound.
forgot to add STG991 do you get a vibration on your muffler also when letting the foot off the brakes, like engine vibe passing to the exhaust?

Exactly right, it sounds more in the cabin, I don't if you noticed when you turn the a/c on will sound a little bit more louder immediately turning the a/c off it it be quiet for maybe 1-2 seconds then it comes back, but also my RPM's are bouncing and they started to bounce a little more that some times they are almost at 600rpm forgot to add STG991 do you get a vibration on your muffler also when letting the foot off the brakes, like engine vibe passing to the exhaust?

Sounds like a Porsche flat 6 engine to me.
I assume the engine has an approved oil in it and the oil is not too old, does't have too many miles on it?
At idle the engine is in low lift mode (VarioCam Plus). When you give it some gas I believe the engine controller switches it to high lift mode then when you remove the gas the engine controller switches back to low lift mode.
If you do not know give the engine enough gas the low lift stays in effect but the engine will not sound very good.
While I let the engine in both of my cars idle some I do not give the engine any gas at idle. Especially the Turbo with VarioCam Plus. I seek to avoid triggering this low lift to high lift or high lift to low lift switch over as seldom as possible.

^^^ Normal. It is a by-product of the DFI engine. All DFI engines have this diesel like sound. I'm not crazy about the sound, but it is much more efficient and more powerful than the multi-port fuel injections of yore.

Glad everyone is aware of this, any suggestion to get the engine smother in regards the RPM bouncing, maybe raising the RPM or what that cab be related to? Maybe is normal also

I can say sounds normal like a car, the question was, do you have a noise coming from your engine when the car is warming up...
similar to this on the cabin:
maybe its a normal thing but I wanted to make sure first...since my engine is running a little rough.. rpm bouncing..
I did remember a few weeks ago test driving 2 new cars on the lot, they didn't have the noise, but last week I was on a another and sounded very similar
