Had Vettes for years, now have had 3 Porsches since 2010. You gotta say Vettes are fast and handle well these days. The interior is still a letdown. Does come with more options as packages. Overall tough to beat performance wise for the money. Sorry Vette owners the new ones just look kind of gawdy. I still think the Porsche are definitely more comf y and much easier to get and out of.

 

I don't think any of us are permitted to refer to a corvette as "gawdy" while we are driving some car that has long been known as the official car of gaudy, rich, arrogant ******.

 

lol, ok maybe a little over the top. But still a little gaudy IMHO at least the C7. I have owned 5 Vettes over the years, styling of the earlier ones are much cleaner.

 

I actually think the C7 is the best looking Corvette in my lifetime. BTW, nice choice in DD, I have a TDI SportWagen myself, great car.
