2 SECOND HESITATION/STALL FROM DEAD STOP ON 2012.5 991 s
My 2012.5 991 911 S has a 2 second lag when i accelerate from a dead stop. Anyone else have the same problem when they try to punch the gas peddle and have to wait 2 seconds to take off?

Based on my experience, this is how this will go down:
1) You'll contact PCNA. They'll tell you to take it to your local dealer.
2) You'll take it to your local dealer and explain the issue. Their tech will drive the car and say that it's normal.
3) You'll try to follow up with PCNA but they'll tell you to take it to the dealer again. Repeat until you give up and lose hope.

With mine, the rpms dropped to near stall before it lurched forward. That was only in standard mode and when cold. What you're going through I haven't experienced yet.

Silly question....but are you sure you don't have the auto start/stop feature activated?
There's a slight delay with PDK, yes, maybe a half a second or so. But 2 seconds seems like something is wrong to me.

I really haven't noticed except when reversing and when I'm on slight inclines.
Kind of feel like the car needs to be "wound up" before it goes or when someone slips the clutch a little when starting off with a manual car.
Seems normal to me.

Two seconds is a long time for a throttle response. I think perhaps he's feeling a little delay (
