TTS to Carrera S or 4S
Has anyone went from a TTS to the new 17' Carrera S or 4s? I recently sold my TTS just due to the cost and hardly ever drove it (12months 1800 Miles). I want a less expensive play car but love the Porsche brand and wondered others opinions on the new Carrera's. I drove a Z06 and was not impressed with the quality nor interior room. Also, drove the new GTR and it was not much different than previous years which I have owned 3 of. I have never owned anything but Turbos from the Porsche brand and loved each of them. Just time for a change and thought the Carrera might be the answer!

Have you considered the following?
- Panamera Turbo S - Certified, 2014 or 2015
- Panamera Turbo - Certified
- Boxster Spyder
- Panamera GTS
The used Panameras above would be a good value, if a couple years old with low miles.

If you hardly drive it you might also look at a GT3 or GT3 RS. (991 and also 997 generations) For a weekend toy they are probably going to feel more special and exciting, and since you put hardly any miles on you'll probably spend far less to own the car. If you need rear seats though you can mix the idea.

I actually had a Pano a few years ago and did not care for it. It felt like a turbocharged brick and I hated the rear end the car. Also, was very hard to sell and like the Cayenne (loved Cayenne) a huge lose to get out of! Thanks for your input and thoughts.

Well, to me anyway a 991 GTS feels special- no turbo but definitely feels more special than an S - I know there are some out there that are Certified, going for ~ $100-$115k with low miles. Centerlocks, wide body, alcantara and lowered if that suits you. And rear seats.
