They sound good, they look good, but they don't stand behind their product. I bought mine 3 years ago and fell in love with it. Fast forward to January of this year. A COV went out on the exhaust. My dealer discovered the operating valve on the drivers side of the AWE system was not working in addition to the COV. AWE replaced the valve, but I was stuck with the install cost. This valve never worked from day ONE. AWE refused to cover the labor on a part that never worked. Replacing the AWE valve increased the volume immediately.

Thank you for your input, very sorry to hear of your frustration with AWE. I am surprised that you feel AWE does not stand behind their product when it appears that they replaced a part for you well outside of their advertised warranty coverage period due to your expense on the labor costs. Labor costs are clearly stated as not being covered by AWE in most situations. We have worked with many exhaust brands in this industry, and have not worked with a brand who stands behind their product as well as AWE. They also offer a Sound Satisfaction Guarantee, which is unheard of in our industry. If the exhaust valve did not function when it was installed, did your installer not test the product during installation to confirm functionality? Was the vacuum line installed correctly during the initial installation? Was AWE informed the valve did not function 3 years earlier?
