No, the car was originally an NA. I am still currently running the stock NA motor with an 11.3:1 compression ratio, which is why I have kept the boost at only 6 psi.

Hi, nice job! Love to see you on the track with it.The stock ecu is junk for the 993. Were are finishing up a 993TT with Haltech and twin GT 30s is put down 625 awhp at 1 bar! Keep us up to date.

I haven't shoved a GT42 under there yet to see if there is enough room, but I think it may fit with a slightly different mounting position then what I have for my GT40 now. I'm pretty sure a GT45 will not fit, the compressor housing is just too large.

the gt45 is the same housing size as the gt42.. it would definitely be nice to see what a 2900lb car is capable of with a big turbo.. lots of traction issues.. is your motor a 3.3L or 3.6?

Not the compressor housing. The turbine housing is the same divided T4 housing as the GT42, but the GT45 uses a larger compressor housing (same size as found on the GT47 I believe). In addition to being physically larger, the GT45 comp housing has a 6" inlet and the 3.5" slip-on outlet, whereas the GT42 comp housing only has a 5" inlet and has the 3.5" v-band outlet.
My motor is a 3.6L.
