They are in production is Taiwan and wholesale for $59.95 per pair, made of polypropylene. The producing factory (the one doing the injection molding) has a pretty good track record on BMW and Merc stuff.
I wouldn't suggest investing a lot in a mold.
I think they will be wholesaled out by RC Racing. P-cars are rare in Taiwan and the initial customer for these is in Europe somewhere, I'm told. But its only a matter of time before they show up here as RCR is a family operation and has a family member/importer in SF.

Ours are Polyurethane. Are made in the USA and the quality and fit is guaranteed. We obviously do not have the cheap overhead Taiwan has and if a customer has a problem, you don't require any international shipping. All our parts are jigged and fitted on an OEM bumper. Attached are some pics of our production peices. We even bend the peice to show the indestructability and the fit by immediately placing them on a the OEM front bumper. I don't know if they guarantee their parts like we do. I don't know of any Pcar owner whom as had a decent experience with Asian parts. Nonetheless, we are local and back up our parts with no questions asked. We will have all the high end companies with their strict warranties distributing them. Enjoy the pics and let me know what you think.
Here are more pics of the polyurethane peice itself. This is how you would get them. They are in their original raw form to show the quality of the craftsmanship.
can you do a GT2 splitter? My car's a 4S and I have a beat up fiberglass splitter now and would like to replace it. RS splitters wouldn't look right

Wings have to made in FRP to handle the stress of turbulent air and be rigid for stability. For that I recommend companies with guarantees like Performance Products or Better Bodies. Polyurethane is perfect for accent peices like the splitters and rockers. They will take any beating you lash out at them. But back to GT2 splitters. They will be like the original and bolt up to the OEM stock 993 front bumper. I will immediately post it as soon as I'm done. I appreciate all your feedback. Thanks guys.
For Windydog, The tolerance will be realistically around +/-.05 of wich will decrease to a tighter marging with the thickness of the primers, base and clear coat to compensate for the surface area. We even took time trials of the material in the mold to tighten the tolerance. Basically, the longer the material stays in the heated mold, the more it stretches. So it does have to stay for the predetermined time to give you the proper fit on the Porsche. Any more or less will change the fitment (too small or too long). We take pride in the quality we make and are more than happy to share anything with you. Thank you.
For Magown, I won't be making the Turbo S chin spoiler. The part and the bumper is rare so selling the volume amount to compensate for the cost won't be justified. But if you really want one, Bradd of BW Motorsports gets the OEM for way cheaper than any dealership. You can call him 618-622-0524 to get yours. Tell him GT3 Tek sent you. It is a beautiful look on a turbo bumper. The Turbo 4S really showed off this peice in combination with the S ducts on the rear quarters and 4S rear bridge wing.
I would certainly be interested as well. I am a bit worried about the painting aspect but, I am sure any quality body shop could do it. Did you mention RS rockers as well? sweet!

Yes Sir, We sure are. We are working on them right now and will be ready for shipping in 8 weeks at the latest. And no, you won't pay (like the dealership) the ridiculous $1495 price. I'm thinking of placing them at the affordable price of $649/pair. These RS rockers will be easy to install and you can leave them black, just like the original. If you do want to paint them, we recomend adhesive promoter on the part before anything and flex agents on primer and clear. Adhesive promoters are $8 each can (you only need one) and the Flex agent container is $30(you also only need one.) You can do parts for the front side and rear with one can. Not bad huh? Let me know if there is anything else I can answer for you.
Wow I might go broke but it sounds awesome. Let me know when those rockers are ready I would do it all at once..Thanks!

Of coarse, in exchange, I'm giving him the set with paint. If your in San Diego, CA I can help you with whatever you need. Thanks again for your feedback.
I am excited to see how they look.. to paint or not to paint...
