Opinions Please: looking to sell my 993 cab

OK I think i'm going to spring for a gt3 or a tt. I'd like to know what you think this car is worth.

1995 Speed Yellow 993 cab with many many mods (all tasteful & done right)

Since the car has many mods i thought i'd give the executive summary first:

1. While the car is rated for 270 horsepower, my car now dynos at a wHopping 257 rear wheel horsepower! Most assume about a 15% drive train loss, so you may think of it as approximately 302 bhp.

2. The car weighs 2770 lbs without gas.

3. I've invested over $30k in the car, just the parts list is $20k.

4. The car has never been in a wreck, it is all factory orig. paint. I bought it from the orig. owner.

5. The car is in perfect mechanical condition.

DETAILED LIST OF MODS:

DETAILED WEIGHT REDUCTIONS:http://pages.sbcglobal.net/borist/993/weight.jpg

OTHER:
1. Car took first place in its class in autox for many years and is consistently in the top 8 out of a field of 100+ cars.
2. This actual car was pictured several times in the famous book: Porsche 993 Essential Companion by Adrian Streather

MILEAGE is high at 128k. I was at the dealer the other day looking at a gt3 (that's why i'm selling the car). The sales person has a 993 and thought mine looked great for the 51k miles on the odometer. I think you get my point. Obviously the gauges were changed because I put in the silver gauges. I do have the original odometer so that you can track the mileage.

PRICE: I really want opinions from the board. I hope this doesn't come across as a forsale post, rather i really want opinions as I know that some high mileage 993's go into the 20's - but how much are all the mods worth on a real clean high mileage car? Please let me know....

Mods don't really increase the value of a car. If anything, I think there's a premium for unmolested original 993's.

If it were me, I would sell the car and the mods seperately.
