EVO GT700 vs Renntech Sl600 twin turbo V12

i got the opportunity to race a beautiful sl 600 renntech V12 TT last week. to be honest the car looked impresive and i thought it was going to be a hard race to win. We stepped on it from a rolling start at about 70 mph , at 110mph i could see the car on my right mirror, at 160mph i had him by more than ten cars. I am running the Evo 700Gt package now , it is awsome together with my gears. I was so shocked of what we did to the Mercedes that we tried it again , this time he was ahead of me by about two cars when we stepped on it at about 80mph , at 120mph i passed him and moved away almost as if he was parked.

cheetas final destination

as a matter of fact i think cheetas was their final destination to drink down the shock of being blown away by a 6 cylinder porsche.

Maybe he did park? Hahaha! J/K

You cant compare a Mercedes to a Porsche! The car cant even handle the horsepower. Mercedes was just trying to show they can build something with balls and comfort. Ehhh, wrong. They should go back to the quality that they were building the 560sl with, now that was a true Mercedes (still couldnt keep up with a porsche)!

You should try your luck against Wilber's SL 600. I'll bet you $500 that car will blow you away.

Handles like ****, but it's FAAAAAAAAST.

Actually to be accurate, we started at 80mph, and you passed me at 135mph.

It was far from being blown away. You stated your top speed is 185. I guess the Renntech is a faster car at 196mph, So you need to shop for 6more cylinders. Also, keep in mind, 90,000 dollars of mods and motons later, I'd expect your rebuilt turbo to toast the renntech like my GT2 does, all the way past 196mph. So to sum it up, your car is slower....better bore it out to 4.0 L and also ask EVO to add some nitrous, revert to the factory gearing, and a smaller rear wing to increase the top speed.

BTW, i heard your Stage 4GT got toasted by a stage 4 in Tail of the Dragon. Lemme guess, programming glitch right??
