When the shop repaired the lip on one of mines, they said they took it apart; but it got to be painful with all those screws and nuts... and they are so tight.
Where did you get your lip repaired in the Bay?

they must have said alot then.... but sometimes its worth it, i know Guy is good when it come to the outcomes of people doing the wrong thing, and then ruining the wheel. I'm curious to see how much did they say ttboost?

To be fair to HRE, I'll say this: While it may have been a fair price for what they were gonna do, it's not what I could or wanted to pay. Keep in mind they included all new nuts and bolts, powder coat the spokes and polish the lip: Approx $1500, not including shipping (from the east coast to the west coast)
