Al .... I like the look with the covers.

Japanese alternative at $460. I have a set of these but have not had them mounted yet. Thin fiberglass and appears to fit well. Need to have them painted before install.

And the eBay alternative which I know nothing about at a mere $239.

I am going to do this just not sure if going with paint or vinyl yet...

has anyone done vinyl and if so, how did it turn out? Post pic's.

How about the headlight washer cover? I am thinking this would be tougher to cover with vinyl... How easy is it to remove the cover or is this part of the headlight assembly?

Sounds like a great idea considering there are a lot of interested fellow members here for these headlight trim pieces, but no one is interested in paying over $700..

Please make a new thread if you get your headlights done. Good Luck.

Thanks,
Alex

Ive tried vinyl on my race car, looks ok but its tricky because the lens are not smooth or flat and vinyl is too thin so it shows through. Doesnt look OEM at all.

I would post a pick but you will all laugh and besides im taking it off.
