4-wheel drive?

Please excuse the "new-b-ness" of this question, but are all 01 - 04 996 Turbo's 4-wheel drive?

Thanks

Yes, all 996 turbos are all wheel drive. They shift from 5% to 40% to the front based on traction. Also have to be sure your tire circumference matches for front and rear tires to no wear out the system if you change tires.

Only thing to look for is some guys convert their cars to rear wheel drive only as a mod.

They are all All-Wheel-Drive (I don't know the exact proportions of power), but some guys on here have "converted" their cars to Rear-Wheel-Drive by removing some parts. Opinions on this conversion vary, but it's certainly possible to do.

EDIT: Chad beat me to it.

This is true of 993, 996, and 997 variants. Pre 993, they were RWD.
