How did you know you had an IC leak? Could you hear it or did you detect lost boost?

Intercoolers

BTWm your exhaust looks bad ass. I am still waiting on my X flow exhaust, although I am not sure of the delay. Daryl will have your exhaust done in about two business days....
KPG,

what great gains!
I had copy and pasted your parts list to Todd Knighton
and he commented how fantastic it sounded. His only comment for
improvement was the inadequate intercoolers. Now you have the full
package and your power should really hold up quite well, indeed.
Good stuff and Congrats again.

We knew we had a problem, but lost much time trying to isolate it. We could not get the car to boost over 21 psi no matter what Todd did. Everything was checked, all vacuum hoses were zip tied during install, evrything was working fine. The car was producing power, but it was stuck at 730AWHP no matter what we tried. I decided to swap my cat delete pipes into the exhaust. When they were swapping the pipes they found the B6 IC had a funky manufacturing tolerance that allowed the hose to click in place but did not seat properly. It only started to bleed boost over 21psi. We swapped out the B6 ICs for Joetwints set of EVOMS ICs since they were off the car and already caged and shrouded. They took a few minutes to install and they immediately got 50 more HP and much more TQ in the curve. Nothing like witnessing real before and after test...

Art, not sure why the dyno was stopped. We put in an 8K redline. Those turbos are still climbing and would be making substantial power over 8K I would guess....

Yup, looks like some more power left on the table for you. TQ curve is insane though. Congrats again and accomplishment was achieved in a very small amount of time
